By submitting a form and commissioning me in any way, you fully accept, agree, and understood the terms of service written below. Changes may be accepted if discussed prior to accepting commission.
(I) general terms
Currently only accepting PAYPAL as form of payment.
Prices will be in USD.
References must be sent in the form of images and not written out descriptions to ensure the process goes smoothly as possible.
Any ill or bad behavior displayed will resolve into an immediate cancellation or denied service and only partial refund if payment was sent.
I have the right to deny any commission I am not comfortable or confident enough in making.
Any mistakes made by me will be fixed with no additional fees.
I have the rights to each commission piece made and have the right to post to my own accounts unless asked prior to posting.
You may not claim the commission as your own art, and must tag or mention at least one of my accounts when posting. Feel free to use the commission for personal use items only (i.e. printed artwork, phonecase, etc). You may not sell for profit.
Do not use the artwork for commercial use unless discussed first (prices will be changed to double or more of original price).
No refunds once I've started/completed the final product.
You will get a partial refund if cancelled during sketching/wip period.
You will get a full refund if you cancel before I've started the commission.

(II) payment / process
I will send a Paypal invoice when the commission has been fully accepted and reviewed.How the process works:
★ Once the commission is accepted, you will pay half of your total first.
★ Do not send payment before I have accepted your commission.
★ I will finish a sketch sheet to show you how I will draw your character (can be with colors) before starting on the actual WIP.
This is the best time to ask for any changes.
★ Depending on how big the project is, and if you asked for changes, I can/will show an extra WIP before finalizing. Once you're satisfied with the results I will begin working on the final.
Once I've began the final, it will be hard to make any changes other than color.
★ I will send another invoice once the commission is complete with the rest of the payment due before sending the final product.
